10-Minute Cardio Workout You Can Do Anywhere

1. Lunge Jumps

Lunge jumps start with one foot forward and one foot back, according to Read. Next, leap skyward. Switch feet midair and land on the other foot.

2. Pushups

Starting in a high plank position, bend your elbows to lower your body.

then quickly extending your leg back to the beginning position. As you find a rhythm, repeat on your left side.

5. Jumping Jacks

Jumping jacks are last. Rise. Next, hop both legs out to the side and raise both arms overhead.

Bring your arms down and jump back to where you started. That's one rep. Jump jack for 30 seconds.
