Two renowned food businesses are introducing gluten-free versions of their goods. Gluten-free Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and Oreos will soon be available for those with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.

Gluten-free mac & cheese is currently available at major supermarkets, while Gluten Free Oreos will appear in 2021. If you love Oreos' crème filling, a Double Stuf version is coming.

Nutritionally, traditional Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and gluten-free are practically equal. Protein content is key.

The gluten-free version of Kraft's blue box goods provides 7 grammes of protein per serving. This childhood staple is reinterpreted using corn and brown rice pasta.

All gluten-free Oreos would be GFCO-certified and labelled as such. The chocolate sandwich cookies always use genuine cocoa.

Social media is buzzing over Oreo turning gluten-free. The tweet has almost 4,000 likes. Austin from Massachusetts called the new treats "another reason we adore Oreos."

As someone with gluten sensitivity, I'm glad to see these two firms provide a gluten-free product. Banza and Goodie Girl were pioneers.
