Outback Steakhouse has some intriguing secrets after decades in operation. Outback's menu changes as it adds and removes items. But, to celebrate its 35th anniversary, the brand is looking back.
"The Boomerang Menu is the ultimate way to say thank you to the faithful customers who have supported us over the years,
specifically our enthusiastic audience of foodies," stated Outback Steakhouse's president. "We're proud of Outback's past and future."
Next week, Outback Steakhouse locations countrywide will offer seven limited-time items:
A smooth and velvety onion soup topped with Carmel Jack and mozzarella cheeses.
Fried "Outback-style" baby back ribs with tangy BBQ sauce, spicy trademark bloom sauce, and spicy house-made pickles.
A fresh iceberg lettuce wedge with tomato, red onions, bacon, homemade blue cheese dressing, and balsamic glaze.
Grilled shrimp, mushrooms, parmesan, and tomato cream sauce over fettuccine.
6-ounce center-cut sirloin with sautéed mushrooms, bacon, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, and honey mustard sauce. This comes with steakhouse potato and a side.
Vanilla ice cream in toasted coconut with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and a strawberry.
Vanilla ice cream with cinnamon nuts, caramel sauce, whipped cream, and warm cinnamon apples.
