Who doesn't like cheese? Panera's new Toasted Baguettes are delicious.
Green Goddess Caprese, Pepperoni Mozzarella, and Smoky Buffalo Chicken are three new 10-inch sandwiches with varied cheese toppings.
The Green Goddess, with fresh mozzarella, basil, arugula, and garlic aioli, is a vegetarian's dream;
the Pepperoni Mozzarella is a pizza sandwich; and the Smoky Buffalo Chicken, with spicy chicken and American cheese, is a nod to the appetiser.
MyPanera members may order the sandwiches now via the chain's website or app before they become available on the normal menu on January 12.
These $9.99 sandwiches will satisfy your hunger. According to Panera's press release, they are "plenty," despite having 830-1,000 calories.
The Green Goddess, which sounds the healthiest, contains ten more calories than the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt. They also don't resemble the half-sandwich offered by the chain.
To celebrate the new sandwiches, Panera is providing a free melt from January 17 to 22.
If the temperature falls below 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower in New York City, Boston, Denver, Washington, D.C.,
or Chicago, the corporation will display a free code on a billboard, including Times Square.
Panera is popular in the suburbs due to its nice dining rooms and availability of space, but it has had mixed success in metropolitan regions.
Last year, it unveiled two new limited-service models to lure busy Manhattanites. This looks to be aimed towards potential customers.
