After Halloween, holiday music, red and green decorations, and peppermint ads begin. Several large restaurant franchises released Christmas menus this week.
Starbucks' holiday menu starts Nov. 3 and features Peppermint Mocha, which debuted in 2002 and commemorates its 20th anniversary this season.
Caramel Brulée Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, and Toasted White Chocolate Mocha are returning beverages. Chocolate Pistachio Swirl is a new dessert.
Reindeer Cake Pop and Cranberry Bliss Bar are returning sweets, while Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte debuted last year. Starbucks' 2022 holiday menu includes the return of the red cup.
Starbucks Japan offers extra Christmas treats. Starbucks Japan debuted a Strawberry & Velvet Brownie Frappuccino with the slogan "Let's Be Santa!"
Dunkin's Christmas menu started on Nov. 2. Cookie Butter Cold Brew and Donut are new. Both have brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg for Christmas cookie flavour.
The cold brew features Cookie Butter Cold Foam and cookie crumbles, while the doughnut has cookie butter buttercreme, maple frosting, and cookie crumbs.
Peppermint Mocha and Toasted White Chocolate lattes are also back. Holiday favourites include the Cranberry Orange Muffin and Holiday Blend Coffee with molasses and candied fruit.
This Christmas season, the coffee mix will also be available for home brewing.
Baskin-Robbins has a Thanksgiving-specific Turkey Cake, although a broader "holiday menu" is more prevalent.
The longer duration lets them sell "wintery" things without focusing on one day.
