Walmart is removing another item less than three weeks after removing canned Geisha Medium Shrimp.

On March 14, Piscataway, N.J.-based Clio Snacks voluntarily recalled 581 containers of their Strawberry Granola & Greek Yogurt Parfait Bars due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

On March 5 and 8, 2023, 28 Walmart stores nationwide received the impacted merchandise. The product's entire list of shops is here.

The recalled yoghurt bars are packed in a single-serving box with a UPC code of 854021008152, a lot number of 048C2023, and an expiration date of April 30, 2023, printed on the side.

Clio recalled the parfait bars after regular testing found listeria at a third-party manufacturer.

The manufacturer, who makes no other Clio goods, has stopped manufacturing, and Clio has paused distribution of the recalled item while it investigates with the FDA.

Clio Snacks recommends returning yoghurt bars for a full refund or destroying them, even though no illnesses have been recorded.

Call 1-908-505-2546 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST for recall questions.

Listeria can cause high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, stomach discomfort, and diarrhea in healthy people.

Pregnant people, the elderly, young children, and those with compromised immune systems are more susceptible to severe sickness and other problems.
